摘要
以醋酸镍、钛酸正丁酯为前驱物,聚乙二醇(PEG)为掺杂剂,制备了氧化镍-氧化钛(Ni O-Ti O2)的溶胶、干凝胶和薄膜,研究了掺杂分子量分别为200、400、1000、2000的PEG对Ni O-Ti O2薄膜电化学和光学性能的影响。对溶胶进行粒径和粘度测定,考察了干凝胶的热力学行为。溶胶在基底上浸渍提拉成膜,300℃煅烧后,采用双电位阶跃计时电流法测定Ni O-Ti O2薄膜电化学性能,分光光度计测定薄膜的透过率。其中掺杂PEG200的薄膜性能最好:其双层膜的注入电量是未掺杂单层膜的2.2倍,薄膜在550nm处着色态和无色态的透过率差值最大为54%,变色效率达到37.4cm2·C-1;掺杂PEG200可延长薄膜的循环寿命至2000圈以上。
The effects of polyethylene glycol( PEG) to the optical and electrochemical properties of NiO-TiO2 films had been stud-ied. Nickel oxide and titanium oxide( NiO-TiO2 ) sols were prepared by Sol-gel method with the nickel acetate and n-butyl titanate as precursors and PEG of molecular weight 200,400,1000 and 2000 as dopants. The particle size and viscosity of the sols and thermo-bility of the gels were tested. The NiO-TiO2 thin films were prepared by dip coating and sintered at 300℃. The electrochemical char-acteristics of NiO-TiO2 thin films were studied by chronoamperometry in the 1 mol·L-1 KOH aqueous electrolyte. Spectrophotometer was used to test the transmittance in the bleached and colored states. The properties of NiO-TiO2 double layer were improved by PEG200 doping:the inserted charge density is 2. 2 times than that of the single layer without PEG;transmittance change at 550nm of NiO-TiO2 double layer with PEG200 reaches 54%and the coloration efficiency of the film is 37. 4 cm2 C-1 . The life time of films ex-tends? to over 2000 laps because of the PEG200 doping by transmittance kinetic analysis.
