In computer-based problem-solving assessment in PISA 2012, although Shanghai ranked the 4th in all the participating countries and regions, weakness and disadvantages in students and education system in Shanghai have also been found. Weakness and problems could be addressed through continuously transforming school curriculum, classroom practice, teacher training and students＇ learning approaches.
