摘要 目的研究三种有效中药对A型流感病毒感染小鼠肺部炎症的干预作用。方法采用鼻腔接种法建立A型流感病毒小鼠肺适应株动物感染模型。实验设五倍子组、白蔹组、柴胡组、抗病毒颗粒组、奥司他韦组、模型对照组和空白对照组,经灌胃给药或给生理盐水后,检测小鼠体重、肺指数、脾指数、胸腺指数和光学显微镜技术观察肺病理变化。结果 1各药物组均不同程度改善了A型流感病毒感染小鼠的一般状况,抑制体重的减轻,并且能显著下调肺指数,与模型对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中奥司他韦组和五倍子组干预作用最为明显。2A型流感病毒感染小鼠肺脏充血、水胀,呈现暗褐色外观,肺泡、细支气管等正常组织结构消失,肺泡内有大量炎症细胞浸润。各药物组均不同程度改善了肺组织病理变化,与模型对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.01,P<0.05),其中奥司他韦组和五倍子组改善程度最为明显。结论五倍子、白蔹、柴胡对A型流感病毒感染小鼠肺部炎症具有干预作用,能最大程度改善其肺部炎症。 Objective To study the effects of three kinds of effective traditional Chinese medicine on lung inflammation in mice infected with influenza A virus. Methods To establish the A influenza virus mouse lung adapted strains of animal model of infection by nasal inoculation method. The experiment was divided into the Chinese nutgall group,Bailian Group,bupleurum group,antiviral granule group,oseltamivir group,model control group and blank control group,after intragastric administration or saline,body weight,lung index,spleen index,thymus index and lung were observed by light microscopy technique. Results 1 The medicine group can improve the conditions and inhibitweight loss of the mouse infected with influenza A virus to varying degrees,and can significantly reduce the lung index,compared with the model group,the difference was significant( P <0. 01,P <0.05). The oseltamivir group and Chinese nutgall group play the most obvious role. 2 The mouse infected with influenza A virus present lung congestion,water swelling,dark brown appearance,disappearance,bronchiolar alveolar normal tissue structure,intra alveolar inflammatory cell infiltration. The medicine group can improve the pathological changes of lung tissue to varying degrees,compared with the model group,the difference was significant( P <0. 01,P <0. 05). The oseltamivir group and Chinese nutgall group improved the most obvious. Conclusion Galla chinensis,Radix Bupleuri,etc. can maximum extent improving the pulmonary inflammation of the mouse infected with influenza A virus.
