电针对颈椎病模型大鼠椎间盘细胞β-catenin和Axin蛋白表达的影响 被引量:7

Effect of electroacupuncture intervention on the expression of β- catenin and Axin protein of intervertebral disc cells in the rats with cervical spondylosis model

摘要 目的电针对颈椎病模型大鼠椎间盘细胞Axin、P-β-catenin蛋白的影响。方法将28只SD大鼠分成空白对照组(空白组)、模型对照组(模型组)、模型电针治疗组(模针组)、模型美洛昔康片对照治疗组(美洛昔康组),每组7只大鼠,予相应处理。采用免疫组化检测β-catenin蛋白和Western blot检测Axin蛋白的表达情况。结果电针能降低椎间盘凋亡细胞的阳性表达,与模型组相比有显著差异。电针能显著提高Wnt和β-catenin蛋白的表达水平。结论电针能抑制颈椎病模型大鼠的凋亡细胞,其取效途径与电针激活wnt-β-catnin信号通路有密切关系。 Objective To observe the effect of electro acupuncture on Axin,P- β- catenin protein of cervical spondylosis model rat intervertebral disc cells. Methods 28 SD rats of SPF level,using a completely randomized block design,28 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group( n = 7),model group( n = 7),EA( electro acupuncture) group( n = 7) and model meloxicam tablets control treatment group( meloxicam group,n = 7). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Axin and P- β- catenin protein.Results Electro acupuncture can reduce the positive expression of apoptosis of intervertebral disc cells,there are significant differences compared with the model group. EA can improve evidently the expression level of Axin and P- β- catenin protein. Conclusion EA of Dazhui can effectively relieve the apoptosis of cervical intervertebral disc cells in rats,which is probably related to its effect on the activation of wnt / β- catenin signal channel.
