异常黏液质证侯大鼠模型阴茎组织形态学改变的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究维医异常黏液质证侯大鼠模型阴茎组织形态学的改变,探寻异常黏液质体液对阴茎勃起功能影响的组织形态学依据。方法选用70只性功能正常的雄性SD大鼠,正常对照组10只,造模组60只,采用湿寒条件建立异常黏液质证侯模型,通过生物学表征验证模型成功后从中随机分为证侯模型组(16只)、证侯药物反证组(15只),反证3 w后,观察阴茎组织形态学的变化。结果 (1)HE染色显示,正常对照组结构清楚完好。证侯模型组大鼠阴茎组织有明显的水肿,同时伴有间质纤维化样的表现。药物反证组有明显恢复。(2)Van Gieson(简称VG)染色结果显示,证侯模型组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。药物反证组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维高于证侯模型组(P<0.05),低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。(3)Masson染色结果显示,证侯模型组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。药物反证组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维高于证侯模型组(P<0.05),低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论维医异常黏液证侯大鼠模型阴茎组织形态学发生改变,可能是影响其勃起功能及交配能力减退的病理学基础。 Objective To study penile tissue morphological changes of abnormal balgam syndrome rats model induced by Uyghur medicine. Methods 70 normal mature male SD rats were selected in the study, 10 of them were randomly chosen as the control group; other 60 were treated in a cold and humid environ- ment until the model of abnormal balgam syndrome was established. Rat biological characterization was observed about 22 weeks until the establishment of abnormal balgam syndrome model, 16 of them were randomly divided into abnormal balgam syndrome model group and 15 of them were medication disproof group of abnormal balgam syndrome model. After 3 weeks of disproof, we detected the morphological changes of penile tissue. Results (1) HE staining showed that structure of penile tissue was normal in normal control group. There was significant edema and interstitial fibrosis in penile tissue in abnormal bal- gain syndrome model group of rats .There was minor repair in medication disproof group of abnormal, bal- gain syndrome model. (2) Van Gieson staining results showed, the ratio of smooth muscle/collagen fibers in penile tissue of abnormal balgam syndrome model group of rats was significantly lower than normal con- trol group (P 〈0.05). The ratio of smooth muscle/collagen fibers in penile tissue of medication disproof group of abnormal balgam syndrome model was higher than abnormal balgam syndrome model group (P 〈0.05), lower than the normal control group (P 〈0.05). (3) Masson staining results were the same with V.G staining results. Conclusion Significant morphological changes of penile tissue in abnormal balgam syn- drome rat model induced by Uygur medicine may be the histopathology basis of erectile function decline.
