摘要
目的探讨医学硕士研究生学习倦怠的相关因素,为预防和干预学习倦怠提供科学依据。方法采用"医学硕士研究生学习倦怠量表"对564名硕士研究生性别、年级、专业、家庭所在地、是否独生子进行调查研究,对量表中3个维度20个项目得分情况进行统计学分析。结果医学硕士研究生的总学习倦怠得分为(53.25±10.31)分;男生情绪低落得分为(21.97±5.49)分,高于女生(19.85±5.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年级医学硕士研究生学习倦怠及情绪低落得分差异有统计学意义(F=0.78,P<0.05);不同专业、家庭所在地和是否独生子医学硕士研究生学习倦怠各维度得分差异均无统计学意义。结论医学硕士研究生存在一定程度的学习倦怠,随年级升高而严重,应引起相关部门重视。
Objective To discuss and analyze the relevant factors on medical postgraduates' learning burnout at the aim of the prevention and intervention of their learning burnout. Methods The Learning Burnout Scale survey was conducted on 564 postgraduates to investigate the gender, grade, major, family location and whether they come from one-child family and the findings were analyzed by SPSS13.0 soft- ware. Res-ults The total scores of learning burnout in the medical postgraduates were (53.25±10.31) and the depression scores of male students (21.97±5.49) were higher than those of the female students (19.85 ±5.18), with the significant difference (P 〉0.05). Medical postgraduates in different grades had different degrees of learning burnout and the difference was statistically significant (F = 0.78, P ~0.05). There were no significant difference in the scores of learning burnout in terms of the factors of major, family location and one-child family. Conclusion Medical Postgraduates had learning burnout to some extent, and their burnout extent increased with their grade, so due attention and care should be given by the de- partments concerned.
