摘要
介绍了武汉钢铁股份有限公司CSP薄板坯连铸连轧生产SPA-H带钢过程中结疤缺陷的特点,对造成结疤缺陷的影响因素进行了分析。在结晶器铜板质量要求、钢中碳和氮含量控制、保护渣理化性能、结晶器冷却等工艺环节进行了工艺优化。在此基础上提出了相应措施,使SPA-H带钢结疤缺陷改判率由2009年的3.67%降为2014年的0.08%。
The characteristics of scar defects on SPA-H strip surface in CSP production process of WISCO were introduced, the influence factors causing scarring defects were analysised. Some technical procedures were optimized such as mould copper plate quality requirements, carbon and nitrogen content control of steel, physical and chemical properties of mould powder, cooling conditions of mould, and so on, based on which the corresponding measures against the SPA-H scar defect were proposed. SPA-H scar defects rate reduced from 3.67 0% in 2009 to 0. 08 % in 2014.
