摘要
对石灰石造渣技术进行了理论分析,研究了留渣操作原理和安全留渣条件,在河北钢铁集团石家庄钢铁有限责任公司转炉进行了转炉石灰石造渣留渣操作工艺的生产实践,取得了一定效果。实践结果表明,转炉石灰石造渣与留渣操作工艺结合使用,能实现提高脱磷效率、保证转炉脱磷效果、提高钢水的质量、降低生产工艺成本等良好效果;与常规不留渣操作工艺相比,采用石灰石造渣留渣操作工艺,可以降低钢铁料消耗6 kg/t、降低渣料消耗21 kg/t、提高转炉终点T一次命中率11%、降低终点磷质量分数0.003%,提高终点碳质量分数0.06%,成本可降低13.7元/t。
The technology of slag making and the return-slag operation by limestone was analyzed in this paper, which has been applied in Shijiazhuang Iron ga Steel Co. , Ltd. , Hebei Iron and Steel Group and met the industrial requirements. The results showed that the technology could increase dephosphorizing rate, improve the quality of steel, and reduce smelting cost in converter steelmaking process. Contrast with conventional technology, the consumption of steel material of the new technology is dropped by 6 kg/t,slag is reduced by 21 kg/t, the first hit-rate of temperature at steelmaking end-point is 11%, phosphorus mass fraction of endpoint is decreased by 0. 003 %, carbon mass fraction is increased by 0. 06 %, and the smelting cost is reduced by 13.7 yuan/t.
