摘要
对半导体激光器在不同制冷条件下的散热进行实验研究。通过设计温度测试系统,分别在被动制冷、单条水路主动制冷和U型回路主动制冷的条件下,测量了多个高功率LD在不同工作电流下的温度,研究了在不同制冷条件下LD温度随电流的变化,发现U型回路主动制冷条件下,LD的散热效果最好。
The paper research on heat sink technology about Laser Diode in different cooling conditions. The experiment is designed which based on a temperature test system, under the condition of the passive cooling, the initiative cooling by single waterway and the initiative cooling by U-shape waterway, The experiment measure the temperature of several high power laser diode in different working currents. The research find that the temperature changes with adding currents in different cooling conditions, and the effect of heat dissipation is the best when adapt the initiative cooling by U-shape waterway.
