摘要 介绍了一种自由光谱范围可调谐Mach-Zehnder全光纤干涉仪,该结构由2个3d B光纤耦合器和1个可调光延迟线组成,自由光谱范围的调谐由高精度光延迟线控制。Mach-Zehnder全光纤干涉仪两臂的光延迟时间调节范围为0~300ps,自由光谱范围可调谐范围为3^+∞GHz。 A tunable free spectral range Mach-Zehnder fiber interferometer is demonstrated. The structure con- sists of two 3dB fiber couplers and a tunable optical delay line. The regulation of free spectral range for the fiber interferometer is realized by adjusting the delay time of the optical delay line. In the experiment, the delay time of the two arms for the fiber interferometer is from 0ps to 300ps. So that, the tuning of the free spectral frequency is from 3GHz to+∞ GHz.
