广西高新技术产业集群可持续发展研究——以柳州高新区产业集群为例

Research on Sustainable Development of Guangxi High-tech Industrial Clusters——Taking Industrial Cluster of Liuzhou High-tech Zone as an Example

本文以柳州高新区为例,从产业布局、集群效应等方面分析了广西高新技术产业集群发展的现状,并从政府支持、创新平台建设、科技金融体系建设、人才引进等方面阐述了柳州高新区促进高新技术产业集群持续发展的政策亮点。在剖析柳州高新技术产业集群持续发展存在的问题基础上提出了相应的对策建议。

Taking Liuzhou high-tech zone as an example, the paper analyzes the present development situation of the high-tech industrial cluster in Guangxi from the aspects of industrial distribution and constellation effect. And it expounds the policies which promote the sustainable development of high-tech in- dustrial clusters in Liuzhou zone from the aspects of the government＇ s support, innovation platform con- struction, science and technology financial system construction, talent introduction and so on. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of industrial cluster of Liuzhou high-tech zone, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
