Construction and Thinking of Public Security Video Resource Database

分析了公安视频资源库建设中存在着资源收集渠道不通畅、缺乏统一的标准、用户身份难以确认等问题,从拓宽资源采集渠道、注重公安视频资源的深加工、构建合理的资源库结构、加强对涉密视频的管理几个方面对视频资源库的建设进行探讨。

The problems of non-smooth resource collection channel, lacking of uniformed standards, unidentified users existing in the construction of public security video database are analyzed, the video resource database construction is discussed from the aspects of broadening the resources collecting channels, paying attention to deep processing, establishing reasonable resources database structure, strengthening management on the classified videos.
