To Chinese shipbuilding industry, effectively improving the lifting efficiency and reducing the dock cycle are effective measures to improve business efficiency and production rate, and enhance the competitiveness. Digital operations of dock are necessary measures to achieve the purpose of lean shipbuilding, this paper expounded the basic principle of digital operations on the dock, researched the framework built by digital dock under 3D coordinates.
