汽车轮胎磨损分析及安全技术展望

摘要 汽车轮胎作为汽车行驶系中的重要部件,主要作用有支撑整车、缓和冲击、通过和路面的摩擦产生驱动力和附着力,以及转弯时给汽车提供平衡离心力和回正力矩等。随着汽车行驶里程的增加,汽车轮胎逐渐磨损,当磨损到极限时,汽车轮胎与路面的附着力下降、制动性能也随之下降到危险的程度。轮胎使用中不当操作、不当保养都有可能造成轮胎的异常损伤,直接影响汽车的技术性能和经济性,甚至引发安全事故。本文就轮胎磨损的原因进行分析,并对轮胎的安全技术提出了展望。 As an important component of vehicle running, automobile tire mainly functions as supporting the whole car, easing the impact, creating the driving force and adhesion through its friction with the pavement, and providing balance of centrifugal force and aligning torque, etc., when turning the vehicle. Along with the increase of vehicle mileage, the automobile tire is worn, when the wear reach the limit, adhesion of the tire to the road is decreased, braking performance is reduced to a dangerous degree. Improper operation and improper maintenance of the tire in the use are likely to cause an abnormal damage of the tire, directly affecting the technical performance and economy, and even leading to security incidents. The causes of tire wear are analyzed, and the security technology of tire is prospected.
