摘要
在传统的建筑节能设计已无法再满足人们需要的今天,建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种新型的建筑节能设计技术逐步发展,为建筑行业的可持续发展带来了希望。本文简单介绍BIM技术的兴起及其在建筑节能领域的发展现状,并对BIM在节能建筑的应用前景做出分析。
Building information model （BIM） as a new type of building energy saving design technology is developing gradually, bringing hope for the sustainable development of construction industry. The paper simply introduced the rise of BIM technology and its development status in the field of building energy saving, and analyzed the application prospect of BIM in energy saving buildings.
