在当前农机化发展环境逐步优化、农机新型经营组织不断壮大、农机科技创新及更新速度加快等新常态下,从优化农机装备结构、结合阳光工程培训、提升农村劳动者素质、明确新兴市场主体、加强农机监督管理等角度,提出农机化教育培训的新方向,为农机化教育培训走出困境和找到出路提供路径选择。

Under present new normality of improved environment for the development of agricultural mechanization, growing new type business groups of agricultural machinery, technology innovation of agricultural machinery and updated speed accelerating, the article raised new direction of agricultural mechanization education from points of optimizing the structure of agricultural equipment, combining the training of Sunshine Project, raising the quality of rural labors, defining main body of new market, strengthening agricultural machinery supervision, and provided an options for getting out of the pickle for agricultural mechanization education.
