摘要
为了研究微生物污垢对电厂换热设备的影响,对铁细菌和粘液形成菌的微生物污垢特性进行对比。采用模拟换热面微生物污垢沉积的静态实验,实验中利用扫描电镜拍摄电镜图和利用称重法记录微生物污垢变化情况。实验结果表明,铁细菌污垢和粘液形成菌污垢都会使碳钢片表面发生严重的变化,微生物污垢对碳钢材质换热器的破坏不容忽视;铁细菌污垢对碳钢片的作用表现为腐蚀;粘液形成菌污垢对碳钢的作用表现为污垢沉积。
In order to study the effect of microbial fouling on the heat Exchanger in power plants, the microbial fouling characteristics of the iron bacteria and slime-forming bacteria were compared. A static test that simulated microbial fouling deposit in the heat exchanger was adopted. In the experiment, SEM pictures is taken by scanning electron microscopy and the gravimetric method was taken to record the changes of fouling. The results of the experimental show that the fouling of iron bacteria and slime-forming bacteria can make carbon steel change seriously and the effect of Microbial fouling on carbon steel heat exchanger can not be ignored; the fouling of iron bacteria on carbon steel is showed corrosion; the fouling of slime-forming bacteria on carbon steel is showed fouling deposit.
