摘要
介绍了尿素热解制氨原理及工艺流程,结合国电电力大同发电有限公司二期#7~#8机组2×600 MW脱硝工程,对现场工艺流程和设备参数进行了详细描述。根据运行过程出现的一些问题,着重分析了运行中的尿素结晶的原因,提出了解决方法,对系统设计、流场模拟、设备选型、气源、稀释风和水质提出了要求。
The basic theory of urea decomposition preparing ammonia and technological process were introduced. Base on #7-#8 units SCR DeNOx engineering with 2 × 600MW of GD Power Datong Power Generation Co. Ltd., the on-site technological process and equipment-type data were described. According to some problems appearing in the operation, the reason of urea crystallization was analyzed and emphasized and corresponding methods are put forward. The requirements of system design, flow simulation, equipment selection, air supply, dilution-air and water quality are introduced.
