摘要
针对200 MW及以上容量火电机组锅炉辅机双列配置方案、单列配置方案以及双列配置引风机,单列配置空预器、送风机、一次风机的混合配置方案进行机组运行可靠性分析,从主要辅助设备运行可靠性角度分析单列辅机配置的可行性,定量的分析了这三种辅机配置方案在不同机组负荷下运行可靠性指标,结果表明采用单列辅机配置与单双混合辅机配置均能有效提高机组运行可靠性且两者的可靠性指标基本相同。
A reliability comparison and analysis of conventional dual-train configuration, single auxiliary equipment and two ID fan, single train air preheater, FD fan and PA fan configuration for 200MW and above capacity thermal power units is carried out. Demonstration and quantitatively analysis of the reliability on the three auxiliary equipment configuration in different unit load. The results disclose that the single auxiliary equipment configuration and single-double mixed auxiliary equipment configuration both can effectively improve unit operational reliability, and the reliability index of the two configuration is comparably.
