摘要
为分析某电厂660 MW超临界锅炉机组燃烧控制参数与NOx浓度的动态特性关系,以锅炉变工况燃烧调整中关键参数为研究对象,对燃烧调整的出口氧量、水煤比、SOFA风量等参数进行解耦并重新组合进行分析,得出控制参数影响烟气中NOx含量异常升高的原因,为优化燃烧系统参数和降低脱硝成本提供理论依据。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics relationship between the parameters and the concentration of NOx in a 660MW supercritical boiler unit. Take the key parameters in the variable condition of boiler combustion adjustment as the research object. The export of oxygen, water coal ratio, SOFA air volume and other parameters are decoupled and recombined to obtain the influence mechanism of the control parameters on the concentration of NOx. This research can provide the theoretical basis for optimize the combustion system parameter and reducing the denitration cost.
