摘要
利用扫描电化学显微镜技术结合电化学方法研究硅烷及其复合膜对X70碳钢在0.1mol/L NaCl溶液中阳极溶解行为的影响.研究发现,单一硅烷膜能够在一定程度上抑制X70碳钢点蚀的发生和发展.而含铈硅烷复合膜对X70碳钢保护性能优于单一硅烷膜,一方面是由于Ce3+的引入改善了膜的致密性,在一定程度上封锁了Cl-的渗透通道,增加了Cl-的渗透距离;另一方面是由于Ce3+对表面膜具有一定的修复能力.
The scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM ) has been combined with electrochemical methods to study the effects of the silane and silane composite films on the anodic dissolution of the X70 carbon steel in 0 .1 mol/L NaCl solution .The results show that the silane film can inhibit the initiation and the development of the pit‐ting corrosion .The cerium containing silane composite films provide a better protection against corrosion for the X70 carbon steel than the silane film .There are two reasons:1) the Ce3+ ions block the permeability channels and increase the penetration distance of Cl- ions to increase the density of the silane film ;2) the Ce3+ ions can help repair the film .
