摘要
目的对高脂血症大鼠给予绞股蓝和阿托伐他汀前后脂肪酸成分进行分析,探讨两种药物治疗高脂血症的机制。方法采用GC-MS法对高脂血症大鼠及给药前后血浆和肝组织脂肪酸代谢物进行分析,应用ELISA法对体内炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6的含量进行测定。结果高脂血症大鼠体内C18∶1/C18∶0及C16∶1/C16∶0含量的比值下降,∑n-6/n-3脂肪酸含量的比值与炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6的含量升高。给予中药绞股蓝后,∑n-6/n-3脂肪酸含量的比值与炎症因子的含量得到恢复,给予西药阿托伐他汀后均没有变化。结论中药绞股蓝能更有效地使体内脂肪酸成分得以恢复,其效果优于阿托伐他汀。
Objective To research the fatty acid metabolism on hyperlipidemia rats before and after treatment with gynostemma and atorvastatin,investigating the action mechanisms of this two drugs.Methods Based on the GC/MS technology,the rats serum and liver tissue metabolites were analyzed using the statistical methods.And TNF-α and IL-6 of the body were determined by the method of ELISA.Results The results showed that the concentrations of C18∶ 1/C18∶ 0 and C16∶ 1/C16∶ 0 declined,the content of ∑n-6/n-3 fatty acid ratio and the content of inflammatory factor TNF-α and IL-6 increased.After given gynostemma,the contents of ∑n-6 /n-3 fatty acid ratio and inflammatory factor were restored,but atorvastatin had no effect like that.Conclusions Gynostemma can effectively restored the fatty acid components of the body,which is better than atorvastatin.
