基于LabVIEW的摇窗机电机磁环故障检测

摘要 为测汽车摇窗机电机磁环的故障,设计了一套基于Lab VIEW的电机测试系统,该系统实现了对电机霍尔信号的实时监测。并通过对信号进行处理得到电机的转速、两路霍尔信号的相位差、幅值、频率以及占空比。通过对以上各参数的分析来判定电机运转过程中是否有故障发生,并对采集的错误信号实现实时存储,为电机性能分析提供数据。实验结果表明该电机磁环故障检测系统的功能和特点能满足要求。 To detect the car electrical window lifting motor ring fault,this paper designed a set of motor test system based on LabVIEW. Motor Hall signal is collected via NI acquisition card, the system implements the function of real-time monitoring of the Hall signal. And it can obtain the motor speed through the signal processing, the phase difference between two Hall-effect signal, Hall signal amplitude, frequency, and duty cycle. Though analysis of the above of the parameters, it can judge whether there are fault to occur during operation. And to achieve the function of the real-time storage of the collected error signal, it provides data for the motor performance analysis. The experimental results show that the functions and characteristics of the testing system can meet the requirements.
