摘要
预测基因的首要任务即是识别DNA序列信息中的编码序列(即外显子)。考虑到基因采集过程中噪声的存在,提出在小波去噪的基础上,再将Bootstrap法与常见的阈值确定技术相结合。新方法能够通过对人类基因的实证分析仿真出人类基因的阈值分布图,给出具体近似分布函数,得到一个最佳阈值,结果表明该技术得到的阈值准确度更高。
The most important step in gene prediction is to identify the coding region of DNA (called exons). Considering the noise in the process of signal acquisition, this paper proposes a new method based on wavelet denoising which combines Bootstrap method with common threshold technology. Through the empirical analysis of the human gene, this new method can simulate human gene threshold histogram, give out the approximate distribution function, and obtain the best threshold value. The result shows that new method can achieve a higher accuracy.
