超声二维斑点追踪显像在缩窄性心包炎左室纵向运动定量评价中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声二维斑点(2D-STI)追踪显像技术在缩窄性心包炎(CP)心室纵向运动能力定量测量中的价值。方法收集2010年6月至2014年6月临床确诊CP患者50例,应用2D-STI技术测量CP患者心尖3个长轴及左心室各个节段纵向应变值,并与对照组比较。结果 CP患者有心包覆盖区域的心肌纵向应变均减低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),无心包覆盖区域的纵向应变值无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论 CP患者心脏总体纵向运动降低,2D-STI技术能定量评估CP患者心肌功能,能反映心肌损伤情况。
