碳四炔烃选择加氢催化剂的开发 被引量:2

Development of Catalyst Used for C_4 Fractions Selective Hydrogenation to Remove Vinylacetylene

摘要 通过对不同Al2O3载体性能进行比较,优选出合适的碳四炔烃选择加氢催化剂载体。采用该载体制备的催化剂乙烯基乙炔加氢活性优异,选择性高,稳定性好,在操作压力2.0 MPa,反应器入口温度40℃,总空速12.3 h-1,氢炔摩尔比1.5的条件下,催化剂1000 h长周期评价结果表明:乙烯基乙炔加氢转化率大于80%,加氢选择性大于40%,经长周期运转后催化剂活性组分几乎不流失。 The support used for the catalyst of C4 fractions selective hydrogenation was selected by comparing the performance of different Al2 O3 supports. The catalyst prepared using this support exhibits excellent activity, selectivity and good stability for vinyl acetylene hydrogenation. The results of 1000 h test showed that the hydrogenation conversion of vinyl acetylene was over 80% and hydrogenation selectivity was more than 40% under the optimal process conditions as follows: pressure of 2.0 MPa, temperature of 40 ℃, total volume space velocity of 12. 3 h^-1 and H2 : alkyne mole ratio of 1.5 : 1. There was no loss of active components after long period running.
