导热油做为一种传热介质,其热稳定好,热传导性能好,无毒无污染,因此广泛应用于化工装置中的高温传热设备中,本文阐述了导热油供热系统的组成,导热油供热系统以导热油为载热体,主要由导热油供应系统、循环系统和被加热系统组成,主要设备由膨胀槽、储油罐、泵、加热器组成,分别介绍了各主要设备的设计要点,也说明了管路设计中需主要的问题。

As a heat-conducting medium, heat-conducting oil has excellent stability, good conduction ability and innocuity, it is widely used in chemical factory, especially in high temperature hear-exchanger. The composing of heat- conducting oil supply systems was illuminated, this system＇s base was heat-conducting oil, and comprised supply system,circulation system and heating system, expansion tank, oil tank, pump and heater are the main equipments. The design point of this main equipment and pipeline was introduced.
