化工专业卓越型人才培养的实践教学模式研究

摘要 国民经济快速发展离不开专业技术人才。国家"卓越计划"的实施要求高等教育能培养出适合现代企业需求的"卓越工程师型"大学生。以化工类学生为实施对象,以卓越型人才培养为目标,开展"专业实验、毕业实习和毕业设计"的三位一体实践教学模式研究,对国家"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的推行有重要意义,对培养出高质量的卓越型人才有重要意义。 The development of national economy is not separated from the professional and technical personnel. The implementation of the national education and training programs of excellent engineers requires higher education to train more excellent engineers. It will obtain a kind of Three-dimensional Practical Teaching Model by studying the relationship of the professional experiment, graduation practice and graduation design, which is great significance to the implementation of the national Excellence Engineer Education Program and cultivate outstanding talents.
