Study on Security System of Creative Talents Cultivation Based on Regional Economic and Social Development

大学是国家创新型人才培养体系中的主力军。为了适应区域经济社会发展的需要,许昌学院食品与生物工程学院采用修订培养方案和改进教学方法等方式,在制定明确的培养目标基础上,通过系统的师资队伍建设和制度建设为食品类创新型人才的培养提供了可靠的保障。实践表明,围绕上述内容开展的创新型人才培养达到了较好的教学效果。

University is the main force of national innovative talent training system. To adapt for the need of regional economic and social development, security system of creative talents cultivation was studied on the basis of the specific training objectives by revising training plan and improving teaching methods in Food and Bioengineering College of Xuchang University. It showed that systematic teaching staff construction and institutional improvement could provide security for creative talents cultivation in food specialty. The practices showed that the teaching effects were improved in these ways.
