环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以环氧树脂E–44、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)以及三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为原料,合成一种端双羟基的扩链剂MET。以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己二酸1,4–丁二醇酯(PBA)、1,4–丁二醇(BDO)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)以及MET为主要原料,合成了一系列环氧树脂改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。探讨了MET的加入量对WPU性能的影响,通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT–IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热失重(TG)研究了树脂胶膜结构、结晶性和耐热性,并通过拉伸测试研究了改性树脂的力学性能。结果表明:MET引入到聚氨酯分子链上,当w(MET):w(WPU)为5.0:50时,胶膜的最大拉伸强度为42.1 MPa,断裂伸长率为411.8%;MET的加入能明显提高聚氨酯胶膜的热稳定性。 A dihydroxyl-terminated chain extender MET was synthesized by using E-44 epoxy resin,diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and trimethylolpropane(TMP) as raw materials.A series of epoxy resin modified waterborne polyurethane(WPU) emulsions were synthesized by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),poly(l,4-butanediol adipate)(PBA),1,4-butanediol(BDO),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and MET as main raw materials.The influence of MET addition amount on the performance of WPU was discussed.The structure,crystallinity and heat resistance of the resin films were investigated by Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectrum,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetry(TG).The mechanical performance of the modified resins was investigated by tensile test.The results show that MET was introduced into the molecular chain of polyurethane,when w(MET):w(WPU) is 5.0:50,the maximum tensile strength of the film is 42.1 MPa,the elongation at break is 411.8%,and the thermal stability of polyurethane film can be significantly improved by adding MET.
