摘要
使用橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)表征天然橡胶的相对分子质量(Mr)的变化趋势,并与采用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)测试的结果作对照。GPC测试结果表明,随着过辊次数的增加,天然橡胶的Mr降低。RPA测试结果显示,随着Mr降低,天然橡胶的复数黏度、应力松弛时间、支化度等降低。RPA测试结果与GPC测试结果有很好的对应关系。因此,橡胶加工分析仪是一种有效表征天然橡胶Mr变化趋势的分析手段。
The change trend of natural rubber Mr was characterized by using the rubber process analyzer(RPA) and compared to the testing results obtained by using gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The GPC testing results show that the Mr of natural rubber decreases with the increase of rolling times. The RPA testing results show that the complex viscosity, stress relaxation time and branching degree etc. of natural rubber decrease with the decrease of Mr. There is good corresponding relationship between RPA testing results and GPC testing results. Therefore, the rubber process analyzer is an efficient analysis means to characterize the change trend of natural rubber Mr.
