摘要
对轴压工况下圆钢管构件侧壁开圆洞的承载力削弱进行研究。通过力学解析,指出开圆洞的承载力削弱机理。采用经验证的数值分析方法,通过98个参数模型的计算结果,分析比较了构件在开洞无补强时的极限承载力与洞径比、开洞相对位置、截面径厚比、构件长细比等各参数的关系。根据分析结果给出开洞设计建议。
The weakening of the bearing capacity of CHS members with circular holes on the wall under axial compressive condition was studied. Based on the mechanics analysis, the stability degradation and stress concentration around the hole were pointed out. Using the verified numerical analysis method, 98 parameter models were set up, and based on their results, the relationship of the ultimate bearing capacity with the ratio of hole diameter to member diameter, the relative location of the hole, the ratio of member diameter to section thickness, and the slenderness ratio was analyzed and compared. Finally, the suggestions on the design of opening the hole on the wall of CHS member under axial force were given.
