摘要
巨型网格预应力弦支穹顶体系受其结构特性的限制,常对作用其上的荷载要求较高,为了满足某些演出的需要,又必须了解屋顶结构的实际承载能力,以保证结构的安全性。为此,特对该类屋盖结构的受力性能进行有限元建模分析,并将现场检测结果与理论计算结果对比分析,结果吻合较好。基于模型的正确性,进行了不同吊挂位置处的最大吊挂荷载试算,并最终提供了最优选的吊挂荷载布置方案及合理、可行的加固建议。
Due to limits for structure performance of the giant gird pre-stressed suspendome roof, it has strict requirements on rigging loads. In order to meet the needs of some business show, the owners must also understand the actual carrying capacity of the roof structure. Hence, a FEA method was used to analyze the mechanical behaviors of such sorts of roof structures. Moreover, the on-site testing results were compared with theoretical results also, and the res its agreed well. Based on the correctness of the model, the max rigging loads in different positions were calculated, by which the optimized arrangement of the rigging load and feasible suggestions on strengthening were provided.
