摘要
针对高压线路检修困难的现状,设计了一种高压线巡检机器人。机器人能在电线上越障行走,以检查高压线路上可能出现的隐患问题。介绍了机器人的机构组成与设计,在Pro/E中建立了机器人的三维模型。应用ADAMS模拟高压线上真实环境对机器人进行了仿真测试,分析了机器人通过障碍物与爬坡的情形。制作实物进行了实验,实验结果符合预期要求。
In order to solve the difficulties of maintaining power lines,a power lines inspection robot was designed.This robot can move on lines and cross obstacles to check the hidden danger of power lines.The mechanical structure and the design of the robot was introduced,and three-dimensional model of the robot was built in Pro/E.The real environment was simulated in ADAMS to test the robot and analyse the situation of crossing obstacles and moving on the slope.The robot was manufactured to test its performance,and the result met the expectation.
