摘要 大摆锤是一种大型游乐设施,其主要传动机构减速机在工作环境恶劣以及动载荷过大时时常出现故障,因此进行大摆锤减速机齿轮接触分析有着极其重要的作用。论文以大摆锤减速机为研究对象,在三维建模软件UG中建立齿轮实体模型,结合ANSYS进行接触分析,阐述了齿轮有限元接触分析的方法,得到了齿轮应力分布图。通过与传统的接触应力计算结果对比,证明了该有限元模型的准确性,验证齿轮材料是否满足使用要求,为齿轮优化设计、疲劳分析和寿命预测以及大摆锤的故障分析提供了依据。 Big pendulum is a kind of recreational facilities, in which the dominant transmission mechanism-gear reducer often breaks down when operating under extreme working conditions and driving overlarge dynamic load. Therefore, it is essential to do finite element contact analysis for gears of big pendulum. With the dominant transmission mechanism-gear of big pendulum as research subject, this paper proposed a gear solid model with the help of 3D modeling software UG. Furthermore, the contact analysis is implemented on ANSYS and the gear stress distribution is obtained. On the other hand, by comparing with the traditional calculated results, the results show that this finite element model is correct and accurate, verify whether the gear material meets the requirement. This achievement could provide the basis for opti- mization of gear design, fatigue analysis, life prediction and failure analysis of big pendulum.
