摘要
通过实验研究了三坐标划线机横梁结构参数对其固有频率的影响,以减少共振对划线精度带来的影响。采用5200系列测力锤和DH-5920动态分析仪,对处在不同工作情况下的三坐标划线机的横梁进行激振,再经过DH-5920动态分析系统实现对各类工作情况下划线机横梁动态数据的全程记录,最后用DNMA实验分析模态软件进行数据的处理与分析,得到不同工作情况下划线机横梁的固有频率。
The purpose of experiment is to research influence of structure parameters of 3-coordinate automatic scribing machine crossbeam on its natural frequency in order to eliminate or reduce line accuracy. The 5200 series hammer and DH-5920 dynamic analyzer are used to measure the vibration of 3-coordinate automatic scribing machine crossbeam with different working condition. DH-5920 dynamic analysis system is used to record date of all kinds of working condition in the whole process. DHMA experiment modal analysis software is used to analyze the date in order to get a natural frequency of 3-coordinate automatic scribing machine crossbeam in different working condition.
