摘要
在少片变截面TB4282LE后钢板弹簧总成设计中,引入有限元方法和分析理论为基础的CAE分析及优化设计方法,对板簧性能及疲劳寿命进行了预测及评估分析。对钢板弹簧的研究提出了精益设计的概念,提高了设计效率及精度,解决了传统设计中的算不准的问题,构建了先进的少片变截面钢板弹簧开发模式。
We have apllied the CAE technology basing on the FEM method and theory to the design of the TB4282LE small piece tapered leaf spring. We predicted the performace and service life of the product through CAE analysis before the manufacture of the TB4282LE small piece tapered leaf spring. The analysis also speed up and improve the accuracy of the design. Much more accurate than the traditional design method which is not suitable for use. Through the way, we construct a new small piece tapered leaf spring design mode.
