摘要
论文首先介绍PCB测试机系统组成,其次对PCB测试机的硬件系统分析了两种典型的故障。通过观察故障现象找出对应的故障诊断方法,并对故障原因进行分析。
This paper first introduced the PCB testing machine system, secondly on the PCB test machine hardware system analysis of two typi- cal fault. The fault diagnosis method of finding the corresponding by observing the failure phenomenon, and the cause of the malfunction analysis.
