摘要
为了在使用数控雕刻机加工时有效提高电主轴寿命和加工质量,利用锤击法对数控雕刻机电主轴进行模态试验分析,计算电主轴前6阶固有频率、振型和临界转速并分析了电主轴处在不同位置和不同转速下的频率变化。实验结果表明雕刻机电主轴最高工作转速远低于其临界转速,能有效避开共振区,保证了雕刻机的加工精度,为数控雕刻机电主轴的结构优化设计提供重要参考依据。
In order to effectively improve the?life of main spindle?and the processing quality when using NC engraving machine, the modal test analysis for main spindle of NC engraving machine is carried out by using hammering method. In addition the first six sets natural frequency and vibration modes and critical rotating speeds are calculated and the frequency change of main spindle under different position and different speeds is analyzed. The experimental results show that the designed max working speed of this motorized spindle is far lower than the critical rotating speed, which can effectively avoid the resonance region, and the accuracy of the engraving machine is guaranteed. An important reference for the structural optimization of the motorized spindle of NC engraving machine is providing though this paper.
