摘要
以数控车床为研究对象,利用神经网络与PID控制算法,提出了一种针对数控车床振动的混合控制方法。该方法以电流变流体减振器作为控制器,利用神经网络与PID算法的结合,明显提高了数控车床的减振性能,提高了其加工精度。
A hybrid control method for vibration of CNC lathe is proposed by taking the CNC lathe as a research object and using the neu- ral networkand PID control algorithms. The method that uses electrorheological fluid damper as a controller and combines the neural net- work and PID control algorithms improves the vibration isolation effect and working accuracy of CNC lathe obviously.
