摘要
为达到高职院培养"高技能人才"的教育目标,项目化教学在高职的教学中广泛应用,学生在课堂上能更好地掌握理论知识和实践技能。在论文中,作者以CA6140车床的虚拟三维模型和实物为项目载体,对《机械设备安装与维护》课程实施项目化教学改革,充分利用教学资源,节约教学成本,不仅使学生掌握普通车床的安装与维护的知识,而且能锻炼学生装配机械设备的动手能力,并能够制定装配工艺文件。最终提出了建立装配方面产教体系的建议,以提高学生的综合能力。
In order to achieve vocational training's target of "training highly skilled assets", all students must accepted practice exercise in studying every courses. In this paper, we used three-dimensional model and material object of CA6140 as the project carriers, and implemented project-based teaching innovation on "Installation and Maintenance of electromechanical Equipment".We made full use of the teaching resources, saved the teaching costs. The student not only can master theoretical knowledge of installation and maintenance of the lathe, but also be exercised the practical ability, and be able to make assembly process files. At the end, we put forward some suggestions on establishing the system of producing and teaching, that can improve students" comprehensive ability.
