DIGE技术及其在植物蛋白质组学研究中的应用

摘要 双向荧光差异凝胶电泳(DIGE)是一项新出现的荧光标记定量蛋白质组学技术,比经典的双向凝胶电泳(2-DE)具有更高的动力学范围和灵敏性。文章综述了DIGE蛋白质组学的基本原理、实验方法、在植物蛋白质组学研究中的应用和局限性,并对DIGE技术的应用做了展望。
