摘要
通过对国外海上结构物安全性评估模式、评估实例及评估动向的调研,探究国外在以海上石油/燃气作业平台、浮式机场以及浮式风力发电装置为对象的海洋结构物安全性评估理念、思路及方法。
This passage aims to probe into the research and progress of the ideas, thinkings and methods of ocean structure safety evaluation which targets to the offshore oil/gas operation platform, floating airport and floating wind power equipment in foreign countries by investigating the modes, examples and tendencies of foreign ocean structure safety evaluations.
