摘要 分析不同截面形状和不同铺层方案对复合材料帽型加筋结构最大位移的影响。分别采用Beam188,Beam189,Shell99单元模拟矩形截面帽型加筋梁结构,结果显示建立整船模型时可以采用梁单元代替壳单元模拟复合材料帽型加筋梁的方法来简化建模。同时还研究不同铺层、不同铺设角、不同截面形状对帽型骨材每一层等效应力的影响,为复合材料船舶帽型加筋结构的计算和设计提供参考。 The effect on the maximum deformation of composite material hat stiffeners by different section shapes and ply schemes were analyzed. Using Beam188, Beam189, Shell99 element to simulate rectangular hat stiffeners, the results showed that the beam elements can simulate the hat stiffeners instead of shell elements when setting up a finite model of the whole ship in order to simplify the modeling. Furthermore, the effect on the equivalent stress of each layer by different layer numbers , angle of layer, and section shapes were studied. This has a certain reference value for the design and calculation of the hat stiffeners in composite ship.
