摘要
研究了超声波强化作用对复合驱重质油采出液破乳过程的影响,测定了超声波作用的最优参数为:超声波功率为125 W,超声波频率为28 k Hz,超声波作用时间为7 min。实验表明:不同驱油剂浓度条件下复合驱重质原油采出液经过超声波强化破乳之后,破乳效果显著提高,脱水率都达到86%以上,进入电场进一步分离,原油含水量均小于1%。海上油田复合驱重质原油采出液用超声波强化方法可以显著地缩短破乳时间,减少设备体积及提高分离效果。
The effect of high concentration of oil displacement agent on the demulsification process of SP flooding heavy oil recovery under ultrasonic condition is studied. The optimal parameters are shown as follows: 125 kHz of ultrasonic power, 28 Hz of ultrasonic frequency and 7 minutes of ultrasonic time. The demulsification effect can be significantly improved by adding different concentrations of oil displacement agent under ultrasonic condition and the dehydration rate is above 86%. The further separation under electric field leads to the very low water content ( 〈 1% ) of oil. It indicates that the ultrasonic method can greatly shorten the breaking time, reduce equipment size and improve the separation effect of offshore oilfield flooding of heavy crude oil produced fluids.
