摘要
镁铝固体碱不仅具有较高的比表面积,而且具有固体碱的碱性特征。因此可以将钯负载到镁铝固体碱上,使其成为既具有钯催化效果,又具有固体碱碱性特征的双功能催化剂。镁铝固体碱可以用硝酸镁、硝酸铝和氢氧化钠与碳酸钠的缓冲液通过共沉淀法制得。而钯的负载则是用氯化钯跟制备的镁铝固体碱通过饱和浸渍法制得。苯乙酮与丁醇在水相中能够进行的烷基化反应表明,所制备的材料可以起到双功能催化剂的作用。
MgAI hydrotalcite not only has high surface area character but also has the character of solid base. The MgA1 hydrotalcite can be used as support of Pd catalysts to make bi-functionalized material. MgA1 hydrotalcite is prepared via co-precipitation of Mg and A1 salts (nitrates) at fixed pH ( NaOH and Na2CO3 ) under stirring. Supported material is prepared using incipient wetness impregnation method. The alkylation of acetophenone with butanol in water suggests that the obtained material can be used as bi-functionalized catalyst.
