摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了碳酸根型和硝酸根型钡掺杂的水滑石,并用XRD、AAS、BET、SEM对样品进行表征。结果发现,硝酸根型水滑石排列紧密,钡掺杂的硝酸根型水滑石所得混合氧化物具有特殊的孔结构。将焙烧后的混合氧化物应用于丙酮缩合制备异佛尔酮的反应中,钡掺杂的硝酸根型水滑石所得混合氧化物表现出较好的催化活性,丙酮转化率和异佛尔酮选择性分别为25.7%和61.6%。
Ba-doped hydrotalcites intercalated by nitrate and carbonate, respectively, are synthesized by co- precipitation method with short aging time. The obtained products are characterized by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) ,powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen physisorption and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The mixed oxide derived from Ba-doped hydrotaleites intercalated by nitrate has different pore structure. When the calcinated Ba- doped hydrotalcites intercalated by nitrate is applied in synthesis of isophorone with acetone condensation, the excellent catalytic activity is achieved. The acetone conversion and isophorone selectivity are 25.7% and 61.6% ,respectively.
