摘要
新建本科高校辅导员队伍是高校学生管理工作的一线骨干力量,建设一支政治素质过硬、业务水平精湛、工作纪律严明的辅导员队伍,是做好新建本科高校学生工作的重要保证。新建本科高校要逐步完善辅导员队伍的培养机制,对辅导员的生存和发展采用"重视使用、相对稳定、促进流动"方法,真正做到让辅导员"工作有条件、干事有平台、发展有空间"。
Counselor team of the new undergraduate college is the backbone in the front line of college student management work. Hence, building a counselor team with high political caliber, consummate professional skills and strict working discipline is the guarantee of the college~ student work. The new undergraduate college should gradually improve counselor team~ cultiva- tion mechanism, using " an employ- valued, relatively stable, flow -promotion" method to the counselor~ survival and devel- opment, and truly make it happen that all the counselors" work with conditions, do stuff with platform, develop with space".
