什么样的教师是美国中小学校长眼中的好教师 被引量:1

摘要 以校长的视角来评价教师,是美国教师评价的一种常用方式。从校长与教师的关系、校长功能的实现、教师评价视角三个方面来看,校长评价教师都有其重要性和必要性。美国很多学者从不同角度致力于研究校长眼中的好教师的特点,探究校长看重的教师特点、校长能在多大程度上辨别好教师,以及校长评价教师的影响因素。借鉴美国学者的研究成果,结合我国教师评价现状,我国教师评价改革要在强调教师个人特质的彰显,关注教师的职业情感与态度,重视教师的创新精神、反思能力、研究能力等方面着力。
