河南省农村信用社发展面临的问题与对策

On Deepening Reform of Rural Credit Cooperatives in Henan Province

在农村金融市场,河南省农村信用社承担着为广大农村经济发展提供金融服务纽带的作用。农村信用社的改革虽然取得了一定的成就,但是依然面临着许多现实问题,诸如思想观念陈旧、增资扩股不规范、"两虚"现象严重、多元目标矛盾冲突、抵御风险能力不强、缺乏软实力建设,等等。深化农村信用社改革应该从转变思想观念、增资扩股规范化、完善产权制度和法人治理结构、选择适合信用社发展的目标模式、提高金融科技水平和员工综合素质、加强企业文化制度建设等方面着手。

In the big agricultural province of Henan , rural credit cooperatives works as a link , providing financial service for the gener-al development of rural economy in rural financial market .The urbanization narrows the gap between urban and rural areas .It provides new opportunities for the development of credit cooperatives but also encounters unprecedented challenges .There are some realistic problems in the reform of rural credit cooperatives in Henan province , such as the old ideology , the serious＂two virtual＂phenomenon , multiple goal conflict , deficiency of rural credit cooperatives , lack of soft power construction , etc.Deepening the reform of rural credit cooperatives should be discussed and studied from changing ideas , improving the system of property rights and corporate governance structure , selecting target model to fit the development of credit cooperatives , improving the level of financial technology and employees＇comprehensive quality , strengthening the construction of enterprise culture system were discussed and studied .
